30g rolled oats
½ handful raisins
½ red apple, grated
1 teaspoon honey
75ml hot water
50ml milk of your own preference (e.g. oat milk)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Boil the water in a kettle.
Place the oats and the raisins in a saucepan and pour in 75ml hot water. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients in the saucepan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes over a medium heat, stirring often, until the oats become soft.
