Life is tough and life in quarantine is surely tougher. Self-care is more important now than ever and part of it is making sure we nourish our body from within with yummy superfoods that are full of antioxidants. This recipe is our own spin on the trendy açai bowls that are served all around the world. Super simple and super delicious, it only takes a few minutes to make and it tastes like a little slice of healthy heaven! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • Frozen Berries & Strawberries

  • 1 Banana (frozen or not)

  • Coconut Milk or Apple Juice

  • Toppings to finish: Fresh Sliced Fruit, Granola/Oat Biscuits, Nuts/Seeds, Desiccated Coconut

Method

  • FREEZE your fruits.

  • BLEND. Blend the frozen fruits with the milk or the juice in a high-speed blender on low speed until the fruit puree becomes smooth. If the mixture is not smooth enough, add more liquid.

  • ASSEMBLE. Divide the fruit puree into 2 medium sized bowls and top with toppings of your liking.
